The Website is owned and operated by TNB Enterprises Private Limited ("BanglaLocal", "we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1About These Terms

These Terms apply to every visitor and customer of the Website. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Return Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Together, they form the agreement between you and us.

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements. If you are under 18, you may use the Website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please give us accurate, current and complete information. We may suspend or close accounts that we reasonably believe have been misused or used in breach of these Terms.

4Products, Descriptions & Availability

We take care to describe and picture our products as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustration, and because many of our items are natural, agricultural or handmade, the actual product may vary slightly in colour, size, texture, weight or packaging.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, or withdraw or discontinue any product, at any time without notice.

5Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. We may revise prices at any time without prior notice. In the rare event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid.

6Orders & Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Our confirmation email or message acknowledges that we have received your order, but does not by itself amount to acceptance. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order.

We may refuse or cancel an order for genuine reasons - for example, the item is out of stock, there was a pricing or description error, the delivery location is not serviceable, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the amount in full.

7Payments

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment gateway, which supports UPI, cards, netbanking and other methods. By making a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method. We do not store your full card or banking details. Your order is processed once payment is successfully received.

8Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within India only. Delivery timelines shown on the Website are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can depend on your location and our logistics partners. Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery is carried out by third-party partners, and risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

9Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy. In short: as we sell grocery items, we do not accept returns once an order has shipped; cancellations are possible only before an order is packed and dispatched; and refunds are available for products that are damaged, expired, missing or not delivered. 10Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:

use it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose, or in breach of these Terms;
interfere with, damage or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its security;
use bots, scrapers or automated tools to access or copy content without our consent;
upload anything unlawful, offensive, infringing, or harmful; or
impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Website - including the "BanglaLocal" name and logo, text, graphics, images, product photography, and page design - is owned by or licensed to TNB Enterprises Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

12Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, ratings, comments or other content, you confirm that it is truthful, lawful and your own, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. We may edit or remove any content that we consider unlawful, misleading, offensive or otherwise inappropriate.

The Website may contain links to, or rely on, third-party services (such as our payment gateway). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party website or service, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

14Disclaimers
