Banskathi rice by Bangla Local is hand pounded premium quality rice which has less cooking time compared to other low quality milled Banskathi rice.
It is a non basmati rice and has long grains. This rice is considered one of the best for daily consumption. Banskathi rice is a staple in West Bengal region and among the Bengali community.
